Staff Billing Calendar Tab
Calendar tab allows the user to retrieve hours entered by staff for
specific months. A bar grad at the left of the display displays
total hours entered by staff whether or not b billed. It is a very effective tool to use for quickly identifying missing time during a billing cycle.
Click on any graph segment to populate the calendar shown on the right side of the display with billable, non-billable and total hours entered
Daily targets worked or billed may be defined and the calendar is color-coded to indicate compliance by staff with the target hours. If no hours
are entered, the header for that date is shown in red. If hours are entered that are less than the target, the header for that date is shown in
yellow. Weekend dates and days where hours entered meet or exceed the target are shown in green.
