Past Due

The Past Due Tab allows users to be proactive regarding efforts to collect past due accounts.

Users may determine past due invoices to be analyzed by select the number of days past due in the4 'Select Invoices Older Than'
drop down.  users may then view invoices that meet the selection criteria by client or by matter.

The total amount of invoices due by either client or matter that meet the past due selection criteria will be displayed in the left screen.

The Notes record types in Time Matters with the classification code designated in the 'Note Past Due Code' field  and that is linked to
client or matter on the Note's regarding line will be displayed as each client/matter is selected.

Clicking on the Email icon will allow the manager/partner to forward an email to selected staff regarding a follow-up on selected accounts.
